I don’t know what’s worse : you guys for receiving the email and maybe not getting access, or me for not even getting an email and definitely not getting access.
I know that the invite for the stress test is only for the invited and with no beta access after that, but the thing that confuses me is wouldnt the tab show only the stress test and not “Beta & Stress Test: WoW Classic”, I think it would give alot of people the false sense of hope that they are given beta access after that.
It is a little confusing. But think of it this way. The “Beta & Stress Test” is the full classic REGION. and There is a REALM in that region that will host the Stress test.
Chief ofc they’re going to give it to the streamers and their sperg viewer base and just them for the fact of what you said sales/subs. They dont care if people w day one accounts get in, its about money not playerbase chief.
I received an email saying I’m invited to the stress test, but my client isn’t showing the option in the drop down for the Beta & Stress Test: Wow Classic. Instead I have just have two different PTR realms for BFA.
Seems to be a common issue, but I don’t think they’ve addressed it yet. I thought it would be nice to have it downloaded before the test began.
who knows why but to be honest I have been paying attention to my launcher only so I noticed it first. the e-mail could of been in there all day I never check my email almost

Closed Beta servers come back online at the conclusion of the focus window.
I believe it was “to have access to the beta testing”
I just find it weird, I’ve tried everything, including clearing the cache.
I made the mistake of resubbing because I thought the stress test would be open to everyone subbed… =(
They will need to open to a lot more people in the next tests if they want to simulate launch.
