I got the email invitation to the Stress Test but I checked my Bnet client and it didn’t pop up. I think this was an official email from Blizzard too.

[Update 2] Hey all, I figured I would post one lasts update before I unstickied this thread. As I mentioned in a couple of threads our teams are still looking into the overall issue, the causes and how to prevent it going forward. However, it looks like we were able to rerun the original list of invites. If you were originally invited into the Stress test, check your account and see if you have the option now. I also received an invite for the stress test and do not see the ability to download the stress test real early as indicated in the email. I tried clearing my battlenet launcher app cache and no luck. Anyone figure this out yet?

I agree with you 100%. Still hoping for a beta invite but feeling jaded. The icing on the cake is every wow streamer is streaming nothing but beta. My guild stopped raiding and I have no real desire to play BfA. Looking like its going to be a real classic summer.

I am thinking about just doing pservers until launch.

I personally don’t find it that bad because $15 was worth the lottery ticket of getting to play the only video game that ever made me want to pull all nighters

Its interesting that you would phrase it that way “a lottery”, it certainly seems like gambling to me and I know gambling has very different rules and is extremely regulated. In Australia we have a department of fair trading, I think US/EU also have different governing bodies, might be worth making a call because this certainly seems to be a grey area/suspect to me.

So why… do you even need players to “stress test” after how many years of doing this ? And not even allowing those players to have beta access? Sounds bout like BfA class design.
