I just got invited to the stress test but I can’t find the drop down menu that the email described.
I tried looking for solutions online but everywhere I look mentions settings that don’t seem to exist. I’d like to be ready when the stress test hits but have no way to install it.

I am curious on the technical details for that - if nobody will have access after 6pm PDT, why does the realm need to stay online for an additional 24 hours?

Man I’ve been refreshing my launcher and this forum for the past 3 hours… Still nothing. I even prayed… like five times… AND IM NOT RELIGIOUS!
They’ll monitor closely the server status on 22 May and you can still try it out after that, and it’ll close on 23 May

So what do we do if its not showing up for download on bnet launcher and we have email saying to install?
it’s a 4gb client mate. It literally takes like a minute tops to download. and you have a full 24 hours to play on the stress test server. It’s just 4 - 6 pm they shut down all others and focus on the stress test.
Accept that you weren’t invited and cry.
But I am reading that as “we will get 2 hours of total access” and after that, we will not - thus; I am curious as to why the realm needs to stay online for an additional 24 hours if nobody will be able to log in.
Unless I am reading it wrong somehow?

Do you have Classic ticked in beta’s you are interested in? WoW and WoWClassic have different beta sign ups.
Do you have an active sub? or newest bnet client.
I specifically got an email for the stress test, so I don’t understand why the drop down isn’t showing up for me like it’s supposed to.
The two hour period is only designated as the time frame for actually stressing the servers.
The server will close on the 23rd. You have 24 hours to play Classic WoW for fun after the stress goes live.
