Wow classic pvp

So join a classic pvp server and was level up in the undead zone since it the starter zone for them I was level 6 and I got attacked by A high level rogue even tho I was minded my own business but why attack a low level and you get nothing form it no honor so why ?

To instill in you a deep hatred for the opposing faction, so that when you are max level, you’ll be more inclined to pvp.

Still why pick on low level that give no value in honor

Because sociopathy and neurodivergency is at an all time high among 20-30 something men

and players will intentionally seek out to cause a negative player experience in extremes of killing lowbies in starter zones instead of just battling Tarren Mill like Original Gamers did

People with these disorders cannot comprehend when “enough is enough”

If they try to attack low levels, they should get dishonorable and lose honor rank

Sadly it seems like Blizz is letting sociopaths exploit and abuse pvp systems like the rogue quest in stormwind, and Bg raid premades and queue syncing.

Hopefully when they finalize the pruning they can focus on cheaters/ griefers.

They’ve probably been working on these reworks since TWW drop

That’s on you for flagging yourself for PvP. As long as you don’t engage in PvP combat or attack an Alliance faction NPC (pretty sure there are none in Tirisfal Glades) you won’t get flagged.
You purposefully opened yourself to attack. As Horde you can easily get over level 22 without ever even stepping foot in a contested zone.

That’s the point of PvP servers. To PvP. While high levels do gank low levels, there’s also going to be plenty of low level vs low level PvP to find. There are no rules on what levels someone can attack.

Did you even play during vanilla? There were lots of low level gankers. It’s nothing new.

One of the best parts of PvP servers though is that someone can come kill the ganker. I used to love doing that back in the day. I’d patrol low level zones and ask if anyone had problems with Alliance and come clear them out. You don’t experience that on retail anymore.

Regardless of someone’s opinion on PvP servers, the solution is to not play on them if you do not enjoy it. Nothing wrong with that.

they do come to Tirisfal Glades and i didnt attack any one tho i am new to classic

Well, you obviously did if they were able to attack you.

am sure thety can attack you with it not on too

They can’t. PvP servers go by territory rules. In areas labeled as your faction’s territory, you’re not flagged for PvP by default. It’s a sanctuary for the most part, so long as you don’t manually flag for PvP or attack the enemy faction.

On classic vanilla, here’s what can flag you for PvP:

  1. Attacking a PvP flagged player or NPC of the opposite faction.
  2. Healing or buffing a friendly PvP flagged player or NPC.
  3. Being attacked by a guard of the opposite faction (I think).
  4. Entering or remaining in a contested zone. PvP battlegrounds are contested zones.
  5. Entering or remaining in a zone controlled by the enemy faction.
  6. Using the /pvp command to manually flag for PvP (unsure if this is in classic or not)

When you are flagged for PvP, the flag lasts about 5 minutes. Assuming you are in a friendly zone and do not engage in any activity that would flag you for PvP, you will become unflagged after 5 minutes.

While leveling in the starting zones you may come across friendly players who are PvP flagged, especially if they are higher level and coming from a contested territory, or maybe they recently fought a member of the enemy faction. Healing or buffing those players will flag you for PvP, so best advice is if their name is green, don’t do anything.

If you are not flagged for PvP, enemy players cannot attack you or directly harm you in any way. The only thing they could do is either try to trick you into flagging yourself by baiting you into attacking them, or they could challenge you to a duel (that you can decline). They can, of course, kill your quest NPCs, but they cannot harm you if you’re not flagged.

so i heal a green and that why i got flag

Yep! That would do it! Leave green people alone in friendly territories. Obviously if it’s a contested territory you’re already flagged for PvP anyway so heal them, but not if you’re in Tirisfal Glades or Silverpine Forest.

So just sounds like a combination of not understanding what flags you for PvP, and bad luck encountering an enemy player within that 5 minute window. It happens, and now you know for next time!

Trying to think how far this could actually go. Pretty sure you can dungeon run as high as RFD or SM Cath will get you (mid lows 40s) without ever leaving a safe zone.

Yup, maybe. I love leveling as Horde through vanilla because of how long you can avoid contested zones and also the zeps are way better than the Alliance boats.

literally an AI response LOL

It’s literally not an AI response. Not all long, detailed posts are AI. You know people are quite capable of actually writing things out themselves, right?

If you really do think it’s an AI response then please feel free to point out why you think so, and how it’s wrong.

u are a joke lol
