I kind of suspect Blizzard is behind these threads. It’s a great way to rile people up – go to a game forum and tell them that their game is bad.
In any event, it’s definitely a troll thread.
Weird. I was thinking games like Zelda strip away immersive mechanics, such as having to make your character improve in more ways that simply a chain of mandatory gear finds. Also, every aspect of the game that deviates from the monorail is considered an “easter egg.” That makes a game like WoW about 95% “easter egg.”
