“why not” is apparently not a good enough reason for a fresh classic vanilla 
so it’s never gonna work for something as niche as TBC HC.

I would take a TBC HC server. Just 1, HC doesn’t have enough populace to sustain 2 servers once the launch hype dies.
I mainly want tbc so I can play Shaman with my alliance friends and elemental in tbc just felt smoother to play
