Phydras, Defias Pillager. Hit 60 about a week ago as self-found. Like other folks are reporting, the “unbroken” flavor text was visible upon hitting 60–but once I logged out/back in, it was gone. I still have the SF buff (I haven’t even talked to the NPCs that remove it).
