Eagle Eye and Far Sight no longer allow high-level herbs and mining nodes to be seen unless the player has sufficient skill to loot them.
- Developers’ notes: With this change, alt scouts will be unable to see Black Lotus until herbalism is leveled up on that alt. This is similar to visibility restrictions already in place for dead players.
