Amazing change to see coming to classic! Question though about the buffs and debuffs. Will this impact Druid healing over time spells like rejuvenation or regrowth? For example, do you intend to allow multiple instances of those spells be applied on the same target from multiple druids? I would love to see this change as well. I don’t think it would be that crazy game breaking to implement, and it would make bringing multiple druids feel much better.
On a similar note, would this also allow Fire mages to have their own instance of Ignite rather than it stacking all into one single instance? I would love to see how this would even out the DPS meters for mage stacking for rolling ignites!

I would prefer Dual spec earlier and the debuff limit later.
Reason?
When we start a new char, we might run our first dungeons around 15-20. At this time, we usually have a couple of talent points that can be seen as a specialization, like for warriors with prot vs fury.
Having a second spec early on will become very useful for us, as we can perform and learn our second role better while actually using it right from the start.
If you add dual spec at a later time, then we level up with just one spec and never learn the second.
The Debuff Limit is only an issue in raiding, but not dungeons. So having that from the start is not needed, while dual spec would be very helpful if you ask me.

horde paladins and alliance shamans would remove a large part of the faction identity on pve, there’d be no more “oh alliance have salv” or “horde have windfury”, everyone has everything and it loses a lot of flavor
