worked for me, i claimed it thru the bnet app, logged in and i got my 2nd Bananas. didnt have to delete any cache or folder, it was just there. at some point ill cage it and sell it.

Ill believe this will get fixed when the other bugs get fixed first that have been there sense launch and are still there.
I logged out of both the game and launcher for at least half an hour & watched some youtube to pass the time. Still nothing, so I’ll just give it a few days to see if it gets resolved. Thanks for trying to help though

ok this is what I wanted to know, whether you get a second one or not. So you had it just appear in your collection after you logged in?
yup, upon log in i got the text notification in the chat window like when you learn a pet and it was in my journal.
500k and we get a pet Pokémon monkey. I wish it was a Monkey Mount. How cool would that be?!

ok thanks. it still won’t show up for me but since they put it through the store maybe their system has a queue system
could be, i happened to be at my computer and saw it got unlocked, like under a half hour and i claimed it. so it might go to like a que system if lots of people are claiming it now.
id keep checking and restarting your bnet app, just in case. even if something is screwed up, it should be easy to see you claimed it and not having go into your journal.
Did the same thing, yet still no notification and no bananas. How hard is it to give everyone a pet ffs…

It’s possible there is a delay with everything because of how many people are trying to claim the pet. No matter how much bandwidth allocated, millions of players all claiming it at the same time is bound to overload things.
I just claimed it, reloged and got it.
Hoping there’s just a delay in the store. I claimed it, logged in, and only had my level 25 one I bought ages ago. Logged out, cleared cache, restarted pc…still no new Bananas. Store tells me I already have this item, so the claim has gone through…just a waiting game to see if I actually get my free one of him or not.

Don’t use the in game store. Use the BattleNet app and the store there. Follow these directions:
Mine finally arrived. After giving up after multiple relogs, cache/wtf it appeared randomly while in a raid when I opened a portable mailbox. Took about 3 hours from initial app store item claim. Most recent cache clear and relog was an hour before it finally popped. So for me relogging and cache did absolutely nothing, just took time.
Pretty hard if you have a stupid as all heck person designing how to give it away. I waited overnight and still don’t have mine. I pity the poor people who wanted to sell it because the price will have totally crashed by the time they get it.
They could have just put it in the mail box for everyone with a 90 day expiry and achieved much better results.
