My character’s armory appearance/transmog has not updated since the Trial of Style event that began around March 20, 2026. Since then, I have changed transmogs multiple times in-game, logged in and out repeatedly, swapped gear, and remained online for extended periods, but the armory still displays an outdated appearance.
This appears to be related to the newer transmog/outfit system introduced around the same time as Trial of Style, as other players have reported similar issues with armory appearance syncing and outfit slots not updating correctly.
I have already attempted:

Logging completely out of the game and Battle.net

Staying logged in for over 10 minutes before exiting
-
Changing gear and transmogs manually
-
Checking from different browsers/devices
The armory still has not refreshed.
I pay for a buggy expansion where people have gotten ahead abusing xp farms, voidcore loot with reimbursement, class tuning that keeps the top specs leagues above everyone else, along with a subscription; the least you can do for me is force a refresh. Thanks.

Sorry to say, but the armory is in a state of beta. No oen can force it to update, it updates on its own timeframe. Even thing, you don’t pay for it whatsoever. Its perk and Blizzard can take it down tomarrow and the sub will remain the same.

Yeah it’s annoying. Some people figured out that (in general) it’s using your first set on your transmog list, instead of what you’re wearing. And of course you can’t change the order around. 
I mean the armory IS updating when I check my gear etc to see gems, enchants, etc… it’s just the appearance. It’s one of those minor things that bothers you BECAUSE it’s minor, like this seems like it should be an easy fix?

The armory currently only shows what is in your first transmog set slot. That’s the only place it looks, it does not consider what set you logged out in.

How long does it take to change if you overwrite your first mog slot with a new outfit?
It would be great if we could actually display our current transmog on the armory instead of the first outfit slot. I’m tired of all my characters looking wintery, but hate that I have to spend gold to override the outfit slot. Seems to defeat the purpose of the new system being flexible and costing less gold over time. I also can’t look up a person I saw in the city to remember what mog they had on when they run away too fast or log out since it will not show their current transmog.
Thought I was responding to a more current thread, but then realized that other one was brought back from several years ago. Pasting this here instead.

This wouldn’t even be an issue if it wasn’t for the fact that my character appears randomly BUTT NAKED on the armory from time to time, with no changes to mog, mog list, armor set, armor quality or anything being able to fix it or put the clothes back on.
I hope there’s a solution, or even an INKLING on how to stop this from happening, beta or not.
Yes it is very poorly designed. I hope Blizzard fixes it soon.

Seems this is still the Case. If you are dead set on your forums character’s armory you need to set it to the first slot
That legit is why I quit posting on my retail rouge and went back to this toon.
Today the armory isn’t showing any transmogs at all, at least on my account. ><
I found this other post that mentioned that only Outfit 1 is showing up in the WoW Armory. I tested it on a few characters and it seemed to be the case. It took a while for the update to show up on the Armory, but it does in fact only shows the changes for Outfit 1.
One of my hunters has had the same transmog showing on the armory for several years. It never changes. Edit; my Lock also does not have updated transmogs on the Armory page.
