WoW account still suspended but is active on battlenet

I was recently suspended for a character name until today at 3:47 UTC, it is currently 3PM my time and when I log into WoW it still says my account is suspended for another 1 day and 4 hours. When I log into battle.net online I can see my WoW account says active yet I am unable to log into WoW. Can I get some help on this?

I see it’s a bug, but great. That doesn’t help me at all since it takes blizzard 2 days to get back to my ticket.

Bad timing for a suspension. Patch problems are stretching those support ques out. Normally it would be a few hours at most. They might get back to you a little quicker than 2 days. There is hope.

Some players have found success by resetting their password via the account recovery options. This causes a refresh on the account. https://battle.net/account/recovery/identify-account.html?requestType=PASSWORD_RESET
