• Keeping track of fees wouldn’t be that difficult. I’ve done it as a guild officer (but not GM) in other games. It takes maybe 15-20 mins per month.
• Being the guy that tracks people down can suck, I agree. It’s not fun. But in my experience most people paid IN EXCESS of the requirement, as a donation. Very few people forgot or declined to pay.
• Additional rules are not necessary, since the fee is actually to keep the guild going, not to pay for your raid spot. That would be up to the RL, not the GM, as should be the case anyway

For my guild, the fees, per person, would be about 50k-100k per month? As a guild, we find it easier and cheaper to just sell BOEs.

Raid teams that want to donate that much monthly, I feel would be rather rare.
