Eh, Problem I see with that is Undead can easily attach a new limb and call it a day so this wouldn’t be as big an issue for them. And Mechagnomes exist so it’s rather feasible that any races could replace a missing limb or body part with a mechanical alternative. There are also magical alternatives, Demon Hunters are technically blind, having gouged out their own eyes but see through spectral sight.
