The Fel Orcs also drank demon blood but theirs came from Magtheridon instead of from Mannoroth like the Green orcs. Apparently different Pit Lords have different flavors

I, personally, probably wouldn’t. But I have no problem with that being an option for players who would like it. At this point, I barely care about the story, so might as well make “cool” stuff just for the sake of it being “cool”, as is the Blizzard way (or at least what they’ve said: rule of cool.)
Honestly, I’ve never been fond of the whole idea that Orcs weren’t naturally green. It’s like they looked at Orcs and said “You know, our Klingon-adjacent race needs to be even more Klingon. Lets say they originally had Klingon skin tones!” There’s nothing wrong with green skin!

Some corrections about the lore, it doesn’t matter which Pit Lord you drank the blood of as an orc. If you drink the blood of a pit lord twice in your life you will turn into a chaos orc and the second time your skin will turn red. The more you drink, the more like a demon you will become.
WOD orcs who drank Mannoroth’s blood are gray because Mannoroth was dead when they drank his blood. If he were alive they would have turned green.
And yes I would definitely play a red orc. I like the RP of my character being someone fallen who is seeking some redemption, as well as fitting in with orcs and their theme.

Would I play one? Naw, I never found fel or warlock stuff all that interesting.
Yes i’d play one. i like that there’s a reddish brown option for Maghar at least, but a full on blood red Orc skin would be great.
