My sister makes fancy cakes and they are disgusting to eat, mostly.
Lost of food coloring and icing that tastes like food coloring.
Other cakes are actually sculptures made from modeling chocolate.

I’ve never eaten one but I know someone that makes them. They’re not all icing, but they definitely use icing to fill in complex shapes.

I mean… I’m sure someone has made a cake that’s person shaped with a fruit filling so that it ‘bleeds’ when you eat it.
