Would Uninstalling Bnet be the same as deleting it's tools?

I noticed lately that -any- game I have installed on Bnet right now, the launcher fails to launch them.

WoW constantly updating and not launching

They* removed the Read Only flag on the folders and then did a Scan & Repair in Bnet.

A Windows update may have messed with your directory permissions.
