Hello I am trying to form a plan for the next week in regards to wotlk reputations.
Correct me if im wrong but I have to quest in the zones to gain rep to friendly and than I am able to dungeon rep farm?
Any tips / tricks for wotlk rep would be apprechiated…catching up on lost time

Any faction reps from that expansion are able to take advantage of the rep bonus. The bonus will apply to any quests and/or mob kills that are relevant for that faction. You don’t have to grind dungeons exclusively for the rep bonus. So just do quests for the factions and you should be good to go.
I was able to get the rep bonus this past week with Ogri’la and all they had me do was x4 dailies.
From the Timewalking Announcement:
While Timewalking is active, you will gain a 50% bonus to reputations earned from quests and creature kills for all reputations associated with the corresponding expansion.
