I’ve been wondering why they don’t do that. They did before in Legion? or maybe an anniversary. Whatever it was they mailed it to us and we had to click it if we wanted to use it. Sure would be nice now to get.
Could we please get an update on the status of this and a very rough ETA?
If a high priority bug is still active, then we are still working on it. Unfortunately, we can’t provide ETAs, just because things can always come up that throws them off.
We generally don’t provide updates, simply because we can’t really go into more detail than “we’re still working on it”.
I spent 7 hours on just one line of code today. Some of us totally get it. Thank you for your work on it.
More than likely, or SoD. Probably a combination of both. Either way it’s been nothing but rumors and speculation until an hour ago. That’s an incredibly long time to leave people in the dark that are actively paying for it.
This is now fixed. Thank you.
Thank you for fixing JJ for us <3
I would argue that semantics in language is important. It’s not that you can’t really go into more detail, it’s that you won’t.
Personally, I was glad it was missing and thought it had ended. Yesterday I played one of my toons after I checked in and had seen that the buff was gone.
I wish Blizz would give players a choice of whether to keep Joyous Journeys going or to debuff it. If I’m in the dungeons and raids, yeah, I would use it. I do not power level and like to keep my toons in the same level of zones that they are (whatever level they are at currently I do the quests at that same level and wait to do the higher-level ones until they make that level; for example, when in level 40-45 zone , and my toon is 43, I do only level 43 quests until it makes it to level 44). That is just my play style.
JJ makes me level too fast. If I’m working on several lvl 29 quests in a lvl 25-30 zone and JJ levels my toon to 33 while I’m still working on lvl 29-30 quests, those quests go green and gray. I don’t like that.
Joyous Journeys feels forced upon to me, because I’m not given a choice of when and where I want to use it. I will go back to playing Classic and Retail and come back to WotLK when Joyous Journeys is finally gone. Y’all can have JJ, it is not for me.
The choice does exist. Talk to an innkeeper to turn it off. Been that way since it was introduced.
Thanks for that tip. I had no idea that could be done. I’m happy now.
Yeah ok. I don’t know why you people didn’t just open Cataclysm up in August like you originally said you would to do things RIGHT! There are not only a zillion bugs but you have a ton of people on a couple servers which is going to make it lots of fun to herb and mine while fighting the bots that you guys won’t take out.
