No one on OCE servers have been refunded, nor has anybodies points come in yet…

I ticketed the non refund of arena pts and all i got was the customer support team marking it randomly as RESOLVED and referred me to a list of FAQ. Horrible service for their wrongful misrepresentation.

I submitted another ticket and finally got a human response, basically advising me to check out this thread again for “updates” and reassuring me that I am indeed entitled to both a refund and arena points - neither of which have arrived. At least it was a human replying this time and not a bot telling me about Dragonflight FAQs. I’m on an OCE server and as the new season starts next week I highly doubt that this will even be amended.

Any chance you could check to see if the fix implemented to revert the honor to arena point conversion, did indeed get ran across the OCE realms?

I take it we won’t get our points on OCE, nor be able to make use of the discount week; a bug is understandable but the lack of OCE support is really disappointing, not our first rodeo though.

Classic team is super small. If you have points saved and are trying to weigh your options with the refund I suggest buying a piece as a ‘just in case’ that you can return to the vendor if we get a refund.

Yes but they didnt properly refund points that we wasted on hateful gear thinking that they werent giving us any sort of discount or chance to spend them.
blizz is trash at handling this tbh. its a total joke. they failed to communicate that they were doing the SAME THING as before, then failed to do the same damn thing as before, somehow, and now fail to fix it.

I did not receive my last week of arena points, didn’t even notice it had went to honor spent the honor and now have still not received the original arena points I was supposed to get. Guess I’m just out the last week because I didnt notice the screw up lol?

On OCE (Arugal). Still yet to receive the promised 50% refund on points spent on hateful gear, still yet to receive the last week of points.
Timer for the 50% discount period is rapidly counting down, I wouldn’t be surprised if we miss out on it completely.
we got the 50% refund on arugal, they just didn’t pay out the final week’s points and we got honour instead
