Thank you for taking this action and communication. The same miscommunication happened during TBC, and it was never corrected, which left people in the arena community feeling frustrated. This is a good step forward in customer service.
In which season did this happen during TBC? I don’t remember that.
People are saying that the refund for half the arena pts was only for pts spent on deadly gear. Most people that spent arena pts after the previous announcement spent it on hateful gear like me, and nothing was refunded yet.

The first season they announced halving of points during the ‘‘off season’’, many of us had depleted our points in the prior weeks, and Blizz made the announcement at season end. The lack of communication was also compounded by them not announcing the season end dates either, or setting times for OCE players that meant they might miss cut offs.
Still nothing here!

Still waiting. Would love to spend my EARNED ARENA POINTS on gear. Lemme guess, still working on it, right? Don’t worry, just wait a few more days for S6 to come out and nobody will complain anymore so you’ll be able to just brush your mistakes under the rug.

Just release all deadly gear (including weapons) for honor, remove all arena points until the next season, everybody is happy.
One of my characters got arena points. The other got nothing. must have been given as honor and that char was already honor capped. They blew off my ticket with an automated response
feels really bad still not fixed…
They auto responded to my ticket too, feels bad.
at least they made a public statement they are aware they messed up but … how long we gotta wait till its fixed and what kind of compensation for this blunder are they going to offer their loyal customers? nothing… lol
