But at least those ‘cheeses’ just made mistakes hard to punish, rather than punishing players who haven’t made a mistake to justify the punishment.

There’s nothing wrong with an iconically powerful hardcast hitting hard; the problem was that your entire team was often cross-CC’d by the Warlock himself while casting it. And even then, it required at least 2 (with darksoul) or more (3+) bolts to kill someone from 100%

They weren’t globalling they just won by dampening them and playing horribly the whole time and eventually pulling out a win. I would also make the arguement SL has far more viable/competitive classes than BfA for sure

but some of them are unwarranted and need to be weeded out. Things like corruption legendary, rogue restealth conduit, mage triune ward etc… Not specifically talking about abilities but rather borrowed power elements that are purely not intended to be in the PvP scenario only because it’s just unhealthy for the environment
