Second time on the same character. This is really annoying

Same here. Just started a Court of Stars timewalking dungeon. Was in the boat then got dc’d and couldn’t get back in. Says world server down. Happened at 1:35 PM EST.

Yeah…stuck too.
Legion TW, CoS dungeon at 2nd boss.
Stuck Character request is the only way to fix this??

Is Court of Stars always the dungeon? Seems that way from this thread. Maybe they can disable it from the queue as a temporary fix?

Just for those who do not know how to get your character ‘unstuck’:

  • hit esc
  • click support
  • scroll down til you see self service
  • hit stuck character and it will open a webpage
  • choose the character that is stuck
  • it will probably take a min or 2 but you will then be able to log in to that toon

Did this, tried to log into my priest, and it still says “World Server Down” now I have an 8 hour wait and I still can’t log into my priest. Put in a ticket “Your ticket will be answered in 24 hours”. Guess I get to tell my raid tonight that I can’t make it.

Same thing. Used the character stuck tool and it didn’t work. Still stuck in the instance with world server down. It’s been over 2hrs.

I’ve been queuing for dungeons with one debuff after another.
Got Court of the stars. Kicked offline midway through. Character unstucked.
5 times queued.
5 times Court of the Stars.

Never have I ever done a RANDOMIZED dungeon queue where I get the SAME dungeon FIVE TIMES IN A ROW.

Yep same thing - Court of Stars - been off line now for almost 5 hours… And still NOT fixed

Ya same - over 5 hours now - I am still stuck … Was doing Court of Stars…

I was totally removed from play and the server. When I try to log back, there is now report button. Been kicked for 5 hours

You have to log in to a different character then us the unstuck and it will get you back.

It didn’t work for me, I swapped to my hunter and played that for an hour, then logged out, used the unstuck on my priest on the website, logged back in and the priest is still “World Server Not Found”.

I can’t even click the character stuck self service link in support page.
Really frustrating.

A GM moved my character to Org due to the ticket I submitted, it happened around 5 hours later. Thankfully in time for raid.

how long did your ticket last? mine is saying 8 + days average
