Dear People who want compensation for the server issues. Give me your Venmo and i’ll send you your 0.01c for downtime. No, you don’t get a free day, week, month, pet, mount, because an hour/few hours of downtime does not equate to a free day/month in the grand scheme of things.

Server shutdown in 9 minutes.
I’m on a lowby in Azsuna. Apparently low pop zones work just fine. I had characters zone into Feralas and Zangamarsh also. But none of the big cities with a lot of characters logged in at the time of the crash I’m guessing.

I don’t think anybody here was complaining at all for compensation. I mostly saw that on the support thread side.

My battle net launcher keeps trying to update the game, and when it hits 99% it says “oops something went wrong” and I can’t play. But at the top it says emergency maintenance is going on. I’m assuming they will be fixing the update problem.

I get ya bro! It’s frustrating! This seems like a pretty complex issue from the code side of things. They’re in meetings right now to figure out the best solution to get the boat floating again!

Would be nice if I could even log off for maint. I finished fixing my UI and exporting it, since they royally screwed that up. But I keep trying to log out and it just won’t. Won’t exit, won’t let me log to character menu, won’t let me mount, keeps saying transfer aborted in chat–
And in the process of typing this, it finally yanked the plug. Goodness, what an effort.
Imagine having technology that doesn’t work perfectly 24/7…
