World quest trainers

Ive been told and Ive read that the world quest trainers are always up, now, but I’m not seeing them. I just finished the Argus family fighter achievement and wanted to start the Legion trainers family achieves.

Am I just being incredibly dense, or have I misunderstood something, here?

The WQ tamers are always up in BfA. In Legion, the tamers are only available when their WQ is up, and the only Legion ones that are repeatable when they’re up are the ones in the Family Familiar achievements, except Durian.
