What do you want? Higher ilvl gear? What happens when you get it? Higher level gear?
To me it sounds like you have reached a soft cap of the content you ate doing. If you are interested in getting higher rewards you should do higher level content.
If you arnt interested then enjoy your character being “done” and do whatever you enjoy doing.
