You’re pointing out something for sure, but this is more amusing at this point than anything.
I just meant they sounded like they have some experience in teaching/public education. Wasn’t fishing for personal attacks on people.
But they can’t afford to pay for their housing anymore. That’s all I’m saying. Business decisions are more than just finding skilled workers, it’s being able to afford them.
You don’t need to fish them out of him, it’s all he’s got left at this point.
I’m not either, but the first thing he posted was paraphrasing Marx, so he’s not being honest.
You don’t like my phones autocorrect Grammer?
Grammar… the little redline under the word isn’t there to make it look cool.
Or do you think my language of birth is relevant in considering the value of my ideas?
If it was your primary language then I was going to have a good chuckle at you “Allie” typo. If it was your secondary I’d point out that it was spelled wrong. Also, if you don’t care about how your message is presented then why should anyone care about what you have to say?
I’ve been very honest about how I feel on this thread. I’m not ashamed that I think someone who works for the largest company in the planet deserves to afford a home and I think the fact you mock that idea says a lot about who you are and how you view the people around you.
Better game, better conditions. Everything will be better.
Not getting into a debate about this, but super happy to hear it’s come together. Union Strong!

Because I actually live in the world and not in the pages of Das Krapital.
growing up in los angeles, I’d have a lot of weather to look forward to if i moved to chicago! i bet spring and fall are awesome there, though
better conditions.
Probably.
Better game
Wonder what people will say if part of the TA is Sylvanas comes back and becomes the defacto leader of The Alliance and The Horde. Would that make for a better game? I’m joking… let’s hope that doesn’t happen.
In all seriousness thou, the end product will depend on just how much the workers care about the product.
Good talk, well I leave you to claim victory of internet thread. Shine that gold star for me.
Unions don’t make the world a better place

You like? I melted it down with all the hot tears from the workers who discovered they can’t buy a standalone house on their salary.
I think the salt gives it that mirror shine.

Which is kinda what I’m getting at. If the workers are happy and they’re getting paid fairly without oppressive crunch time… the product will show it.
Blizzard was at its best when it took a “when it’s done” approach to game development. Every classic blizzard game was an absolute banger.
You win nothing. The problem there is the “No Child Left Behind Act,” which is allowing the US to make very stupid should of failed and be left back or at least go to summer school kids be passed all the way from K to 12

That’s the wierdest thing to gloat about…but you do you.

No, it’s just I took the initiative and got the jobs that paid the money for the house I live in.
Just because you work at McDonald’s does not mean McDonald’s should pay you enough to buy a house.

Maybe. You, nor anyone, can guarantee that outcome. DoW3? SR? Even SSquad tanked and the only negative thing I heard about that studio was the whole Sweet baby stuff.

I’ll agree with that… but just going to point out it was done without a Union on shoestring budgets that they knew they had to push a great product out else they would close their doors due to the loss of revenue.
Every classic blizzard game was an absolute banger.
shrug I didn’t like Starcraft, The Lost Vikings, or that motorcycle game. I was a huge fan of Diablo thou… I even liked Diablo: Hellfire (RIP Sierra Online)
