9.0 was alt friendly though. I played 5 characters and pushed keys with 3 of them.

It’s really just that 9.1 really screwed the pooch, with Shaping Fate being far more annoying to complete than the souls Renown quest, the Renown story-line being only one instead of four story-lines so it is far more repetitive for alts, Soul Cinders coming from more potential sources which means more chores, Stygian Embers existing which means alts need to PUG the raid for gem upgrades, so on and so forth.

The “systems overload” thing is sometimes a meme but in the case of 9.1, the meme came to life. Systems within systems await you.

This expansion is not event spec friendly less alt friendly…if you’ve a core game on which for several expansions you can change a single talent within second and spec as well, why would you add a new power barrier like the covenants powers and soul binds that at the end will be BIS for a spec but not for another one.

For some people doing pvp and pve on the same day at their best is not possible because maybe pvp use a specific covenant for their mobility, single damage…etc and for PVE you need an aoe dmg or other kind of power provided by these covenants.
