And yet… I can no longer do “Lost Legends” on ANY CHARACTER. Totally bugged. Can’t get my new 90’s the free 246 belt because I can’t pick a relic! GG

There’s lots to be mad at Blizzard about without needing to invent new reasons.

Do Ritual Sites.

They reward up to 20 hero crests per run (at rank 5).

They require no keys or anything.

Transfer them into Myth crests if those are what you need.

Stop making up reasons to be angry, you have options. Blizzard has plenty else to get flamed for without your non-issues.

See…thats another reason the fragment caps are pointless and have zero reason to still be in place except its probably the D Devs working on the patches.

You need to have raised the ilvl of every slot to at or above that of maximally upgraded heroic gear. Only after that (you get an achievement) is the H to M conversion enabled.

Looking at that character, it should available.

  • Death Knight
    • Unholy
      • Resolved an issue causing Forbidden Ritual aura to remain permanently on the Death Knight.
  • Druid
    • Restoration
      • Reduced the number of sounds and visuals that play when using the talent Flourish with Tranquility.
  • Priest
    • Discipline
      • Master the Darkness can now be tracked in the cooldown manager.

Player versus Player

  • There is no longer a cap on the total number of Bloody Tokens a player may accumulate.
  • Resolved an issue that could prevent players from earning Slayer’s Rise Dominance while holding all bases.
  • Paladin
    • Protection
      • Fixed an issue where Guardian of the Forgotten Queen could not be interrupted by some crowd control effects as intended.

Key fragments still capped? (theres zero reason for this because rituals have no cap thus crests can be infinitely farmed). Crests had 3 different caps all season in Delves. First only 28 Bountiful a week, only 6 keys per week and then the crests themselves were capped. Thats 3 caps on them.
Imagine if you needed a Key for M+ and were limited to only 6 keys a week.
Hunter BM, Mage Arcane/Fire?

If you’re going to nerf enhance shaman burst bloodlust by 25% (HUGE), then WHERE OH WHERE is the increase to sustained damage? Enhance is one of the worst classes with no sustained damage.

Enhance needs a weapon chain or make doom winds not require a weapon. Ascendance at the very least should not require a weapon.

They need to make Enh follow it’s alliance mirror

Meaning

Make ascendance 1min cd

And

Doom 30s cd

And

Separate them so you can take both as we used to
