now if there was every an i win pve and pvp, its the frost mage
You are clueless. I literally called for the frost mage nerfs as well. It’s the post you initially responded to as well
Here it is:
You replied directly to this post. I guess you have short-term memory.
ret st is still bad
the devs felt that making the raid this season like a mplus raid was the way to go
raid damage meters are all about the adds and not enough emphasis on st.
id rather have raid bosses true st senarios and not so add centric like theyve made it
thisnis also why ret got their 15% fv buff BACK for pvp because our st damage is below average
Rets have an extremely powerful burst AOE profile that makes them do plenty of damage in the raid to the adds and in general, notably the world first Mythic L’ura kill having one at the very top. Meanwhile it takes almost no game knowledge or skill to perform at a high level as a retribution paladin.
I love you.
I would love the option to grey scale all of the player spells, or hide them. The number of times I am running my paladin and have trouble seeing the enemy mechanics through all that gold is crazy.

Enhancement shaman still doing awful Single Target damage with no real trade off (though trading Single Target damage shouldn’t ever be an option), and Stormbringer is over 10% behind Totemic (more so in AoE). I thought Hero Talents weren’t supposed to be more than a 5% difference in damage output. I thought Hero Talents were meant to give players a choice for expression. Have the devs given up on that ideal?
Will Stormbringer and Enhancement in general ever get the reworks they need? There is so much wrong with both that I won’t even go into detail here. All you need to do is look at the shaman forums to see why we are frustrated and tired of the BS.
Your dev team is clearly struggling to keep up with all the bugs, balancing, and the rapid content cycle. These fixes are not enough. Please get help.
I feel your pain, currently Sunfury Arcane, a single target/cleave hero spec, does worse damage than SpellSlinger single target which is an AoE spec & still has pretty bad ST damage. Both are behind frost so instead of even being the spec I want to be, I am a different spec entirely.
I wish we had options rather than “play whatever is meta” or feel like you’re not doing your best with the tools you’ve been given.
Buff Psychic Link now………
Make it 40%.
It is so insane to me, and infuriating that you ‘overnerf’ UH DK, and within 24 hours you revert much of it. It is disappointing that the same class has an S tier spec in m+ every season now for over a year…..
S1 TWW: FDK
S2 TWW: UH DK
S3 TWW: FDK….
S1 Midnight: UH DK
What are you doing??? For the average player getting into +12’s, it still matters because you WON’T get invited….
Yea Shadow Priest in queue? Why take them? We should either take a healer priest, or take no priest at all!
very disappointing
Shadow Priest is the 6th best spec in Mythic raid at the moment meanwhile Unholy is below the half-way point with no AOE burst profile to take advantage of the low to medium health adds in these raid encounters. That is cherry picking statistics to fit your narrative. Unholy also has to grip on 4 encounters out of 9 total, and usually off-tank as blood (Mythic Dragons), along with bressing, AMZ, etc. A lot of people will and do pick up shadow priests in the queue for PI alone to buff mages and warlocks which, as always, are broken in both M+ and raid for most difficulties. The reason you’re not getting into +12s is your highest completed key is a +9, you haven’t completed three of the dungeons yet, and your ilvl is below 250 whereas most people would want 272+ for that key level unless they are friends with the other player. Hope that helps with your M+ adventures!

Are you guys ever going to fix the Mandate of Sacred Death delve curio? Casting Revive Pet (and a few other classes spells) drops all stacks, including the initial one, of the curio. Effectively making the curio completely unuseable for SV, BM, and MM hunters who use a pet.
It’s been consistently reported for over a month on the Bug Report forums and still nada.
So no fixes to classes that hit like a wet noodle outside of their burst CD’s?
No changes to classes that are falling far behind in damage?
I am not complaining about getting into keys. I know I am severely under-leveled, and I only completed those keys with a coordinated group.
My post was specifically asking for better tuning for M+, not raid? Why would you even mention raid to me? You are the one cherry picking statistics to fit a narrative. UHDK is the S tier spec for M+ right now. I did not complain about not getting into +12s, I am complaining that DK is meta again for the 4th season in a row in m+. Besides, I have the skill with spriest so I can push high keys regardless.
I’m honestly shocked they didn’t do more balancing now that the race is over. There are some clear outliers on the high and low end.
You state the facts. Blizzard doesn’t know up from down. Major disconnect in departments that involve class tuning and balance. From my point of view its as simple as wrong people in wrong positions. Unqualified leadership, lack of passion for the game and just earning a paycheck.
Tuning has always been a sort of issue and we end up with a FOTM spread of classes for the season. This season is more extreme though. Tuning is way off. From a tank POV brewmaster is just straight broken. Can time high keys without perfect play. VDH is paper. Paladin is paper. Druid is whatever. Warrior is beefy but not like monk. I have been a DK main for many years but just cant handle the yoyo playstyle anymore. Maybe bring other tanks up to be more on par with monk?
I would surely enjoy if we got some level of community engagement from blizzard.
Silence is more damaging than admitting your failures.
Do better.
I didn’t see it in the notes, but thanks for giving the same treatment to Rumbling Orelings as you did the Vengeful Lashers.
No balance patch means everything is good right? Right!?
