The Shaman Story in Legion, for example, is nearly entirely Alliance led, Thrall, and even his wife, are basically ignored for 90% of the story, in favor of the Draenei and Dwarves. There’s a few Horde npc’s, but it’s basically just Alliance lead.

I do remember the Shaman-class hall being Horde-centric though.
