if someone redeems a key for World of Warcraft: Battle for Azeroth Collector’s Edition does it still give the 110 it came with or is it upgraded to the 120?

It still gives a level 110 boost as long as the account wasn’t already upgraded to BfA previously.

Correct! (you can see this on the online shop as well for the Digital Deluxe)

This is the important bit! You don’t get multiple boosts if you buy BfA and then upgrade to Digital Deluxe or Collector’s Edition later.

Thanks, i Have an extra CE I was going to give to a friend but wasn’t sure what boost he would get.
