OCE & World Latency

Yes, i am OCE and this only happens when connected to NA Servers; Battlegrounds, LFR and LFG. Issues started with the Launch of 10.2 I can accept 250 World MS, but at the moment im getting upto +600 World MS. The real issue is how it ‘creeps’ up to +600ms (almost 1000ms) Every 30 seconds it will increase by 10ms.
