Though like the market for old world mats did kinda live off it. I don’t know if normal player activity will rise to the level of normal farming to actually help players wanting to level/craft old professions especially.
My presence here isn’t to debate the spawn rate of mobs. Back in the day the only trigger for hyperspawning was having a certain amount of people farming the zone.
I can’t help that almost every old world mob now hyperspawns by default. I’m trying to solo farm materials for collectors that have resurfaced because of the bounty event, saying it’s exploiting is a bit of a stretch.
This isn’t the “gotcha” moment you think it is. I can’t keep up with your edits…
For instance, I’m trying to farm awakened fire for my friend that is after Fyralath because he got it due to the bounty event, and the loot tables after a minute get erased and nothing drops.
So no, not everything related to collector’s bounty is instanced. Take Thunderfury and the materials needed for it apart from the bindings.
Only because you have a hard time understanding the point.
Just because something isn’t effected by the bounty event which thunderfury is, it is bringing back a remarkable player base that are focusing on EVERYTHING related to legacy drops whether they have an increased chance at them or not.
You are trying to lie. Thats all that is happening here. You did not know that this Bounty was only for PRE dragonflight stuff, so you tried to act like your exploitation of a hyperfarm was because of the bounty, which cannot be true by default.
You want easy drops. Thats fine. Argue for that. But dont sit there and act like you are not trying to exploit how the game works for your own personal gain, ignoring the real reason why Hyper spawns exist.
Funny how you said Frylath, the leggo from Dragonflight, and now its Thundefury.
Stop dude. You want easy drops. Argue for that. Dont lie.
You’ve de-railed the train. I don’t know who hurt you but I’ll just refer you to the original post. Nobody wants MORE drops, they want mobs to simply drop the loot on their table instead of locking. It’s a bug report.
I’m talking about the time Destiny 2 was caught throttling experience gains and lying to players. If these forums weren’t so awfully designed I’d link you a video talking about it, but apparently being able to do so would break everything. Even though sites like GameFAQs allow you to post URLs and strangely things don’t break at all.
Google search “destiny reduced experience lying players.” First result.
I applaud Blizzard IF this change was implemented to discourage botters. I am a avid farmer and have been doing it long enough to remember when once a node was picked it disappeared for a bit. Botters made farming a bit more of a challenge then and were driven by greed vs game immersion and enjoyment. Also remember that Blizzard, at that time, was great about addressing/disabling bot’s when reported. My issue with this change is getting nothing…0 drops. This seems to interferes with game immersion and enjoyment. Seems with all the talent that Blizzard employees someone could have come up with a better way to combat bots without impacting actual players quality of play.
Just a thought…
