Warriors should have gotten weapons based off of the artifacts like the other classes.
These should have been exclusive to Worgen for the Sword/Shield and Forsaken for the 2-handed Shield.

Who is excited for tomorrow?! I am really, really hoping worgen get some special goodies with this patch but I am trying not to get my hopes up too high.
I am very anxious in a negative way since i saw the Forsakens throwing Blight barrels in the trailer.
I hope to be wrong but given Blizzard track record about the worgen…
I was expecting to be disappointed and even so, I am still mad.
Right here right now, i’m crying in despair.
Everything is bad, the armor and the mount are insulting, the city lack a lot of things like a flightmaster or an auction house, no bloodfang, where’s the worgen army?
Many players who have done it with me are wondering this as well.
Blizzard often says that everyone should feel welcome when playing their products but as a worgen player, I don’t feel welcome at all!
I’m really considering to unsubscribe, me who play this game since the end of WoD because of the worgen race.
Well, y’know, it’s not exactly common but some people do enjoy being spat on.
Find it welcoming, even.
Do we think this could be a Bel’ameth type thing…like it’s now introduced, but the next patch it’ll be more fully fleshed out?
Might be expecting too much though.
Gilneas feels pretty empty.
It had some nice notes, but kinda lack luster overall.
Still wondering why no mention of the night elven worgen between either location.
Where are the druids that helped the worgen?
Just feels like there’s little story elements left hanging much too long.
Ya know, I guess it also depends on what’s planned in the future.
We know Quel’thalas is being remade, I’ve kinda wondered if we’ll see the whole northern part of the Eastern Kingdoms remade as the Midnight expansion “landmass”. Perhaps if that was to happen, maybe Gilneas would be remade as part of it. Then there’d be an alliance hub and horde hub for the expansion. Why put in a lot of work to update the city and such if you’re already doing it elsewhere. Shame it’ll be another expansion in between for the time frame though.
Not only do Worgen need a tail option but the males need an upright posture option. The way they’re bent over is unnatural, they look literally broken. It’s always bugged the crap outta me.
Please add tails and flower options for hair. Flowers could be a toggle usable on any hair style.
Except Blizzard got rid of /spit too. So…
They can remove the action, but they can’t remove the spirit of it. The spitrit, if you will.
And the questline certainly had plenty of spitrit by my estimation.
You know as they say “first impressions are everything.”
I do have the inkling that this could be just an introduction to Gilneas but how it was implemented and the quality of said introduction was just poor. It felt slapped together, no real genuine care for the story or the worgen community, and overall just incredibly underwhelming.
Keep in mind, this is something that’s been over 10 years in the making so needless to say this all feels like a slap to -everyone’s- face.
Though again, I still have a little bit of hope that Blizzard is not done with this. It’s way too unfinished. At the same time, I genuinely worry about how much time will pass until it actually is touched on again despite the massive outcry.
First the removal of the alpha model and being stuck with a damned model that we had for 10 years and now this… it feels like kick between the legs, im wondering how they could be such inhumane, are they joking with us?
This im getting sick of the hunch…
It’s not like we’re use to it.
Since the rework of our model, i felt a gradual form of hatred toward the race in various form : Lore, customization options, Dracthyr’s joke.
And now we got this and i’d like to ask how the devs could be okay to insult so openly an entire community?
As far as i can tell, we are the only one to get such disrespect.
We have yet to see their work about the Draeineis and trolls 's heritage armor, but i bet that there will be more work for them than the worgens.
In the end, why not eliminate the worgen race altogether? It would save them time and money, especially since they seem to show little concern for our worgen form, prioritizing the repeated play for humans… It’s a win-win situation…
Yeah, it’s definitely underwhelming.
I dunno that I’d say it’s 10 years in the making…it’s been wanted for that long, but definitely hasn’t been worked on anywhere near that amount of time. It does feel more like it’s been slapped together in a short amount of time.
Well you see, just because they don’t like you, your taste, or the look on your face doesn’t mean they don’t like your sub money.
Considering the general negative reviews of Gilneas (in france even a game journalist from Millenium qualified it as a nightmare), the fact that they remain silent speaks volumes about their consideration for worgens in general and the probalities to have something new.
What do they gain by alienating a large number of players?
Strength for you to keep fighting as a community council member…but you are the evidence that Blizzard doesn’t care about the Council, at all.
I’m sure that even if you wanted to interview the devs responsible of this disaster, they will ignore you, not bothering to say “no”.
I am trying. It’s been a long, hard fight, but I still have to try. It gets bleak in times like this but somehow, I still hold on to that hope. Don’t know how, I just do. Gilneas was a catastrophe but a part of me really thinks they are going to build upon it.
The problem is, is how long do we have to wait, yet again, until that happens? It’s a bad feeling all around.
For those interested, I had posted about the state of worgen on the WoW CC forums. You can check it out here:
