Worgen Customization Mega Thread

So many good customization ideas I love it.
:dracthyr_heart:

Blizzard definitely could add a ton of customization to races, and emotes…

Sadly only seems to happen if you’re an elf race. Oh well guess I’ll never stop asking then just to throw that extra little spite into the mix.

Optional tails for Worgen Blizzard.

Can we please get hair color separated from fur color? That would be awesome.

Blizzard is really making us to drink the chalice to the dregs:

As if the “gilnean” suit at the end of the reclamation of Gilneas wasn’t insulting enough, now we’ll get recolors of it removing the little gilnean vibe it had.

It shows that what we got as an armor was a bottom of the drawer took just to quickly fill a quest reward.

At least give us a gilnean blue and gold (see tabard) or a black and gold one.
At least it will look like gilnean.

So I kind of have a unhinged suggestion for Customization.

I theorize the Druids of the Flame Defectors will join Night Elves and teach them how to Shaman (Via the Firelands, like the Dark Iron Dwarves.) and hopefully we get them as customization options for the Night Elves.

Relevance?
Well the Kal’dorei and Gilneans are homies, the former even taught the latter how to Druid. What if they extend that to how to Shaman with the Druid of the Flame Defectors?
And as a result get the Fire Druid customization for Their Worgen (And possibly Human.) forms? Imagine Bright Red and Orange Fur, Burning Eyes, etc.
It’s also a great explanation for how The Worgen AND Night Elves get the Shaman class, they got taught to be Druids of the Flame.
(Hilariously I could see the defectors becoming homies with the Dark Iron Dwarves due to the similar pasts and possibly teaching THEM how to Druid, giving the lore explanation for them getting Druids.).

There Blizzard, I just gave you the explanation for 3 separate class combos AND Customization options for you that you can use easily.

Not to mention Expanding the Lore for the Druids of the Flame.

As a Harvest Witch, I feel obligated to point out that we learned that stuff on our own, thank you.

How about they give Worgen a blue and gold recolour of the new night Elf heritage stuff?/S

I do love the purple though. That hat looks so great on my Worgen, wish it showed on the forum avatars though.

Also whistle at people too.

They could also give us more customizations since there are two pretty major additions for Worgen (and druids) lorewise in the next patch

Spoiler That being an in-game night elf worgen, that is a returned Druid that had the feral pack form

I’ve been saying this… for a long… long time. I even made several threads about it.

In fact, here is the more recent thread I did which also links the original thread I made five years ago!

Actually, as different as night Elves and humans are, and with both still able to become Worgen, what is the reason for not opening up the Worgen to other races than humans?

Dwarves have always had a Celtic/Irish/Scotch feel to them, and with shapeshifters, especially to wolves being a common theme in those cultures early history, it seems a natural for Dwarves.

It’s- well… Hmm… How to word this. I think it comes down to lore for the moment, however, in the game itself, that technically gets contradicted.

It’s a grey area essentially.

We’ve only known in lore that the night elves and humans to be turned into worgen but that begs the question as to what races could actually contract the curse? In Wrath, there is that Alliance quest chain that, regardless of race, the npc asks quite vehemently if you were bitten or not by a member of the wolf cult. This kind of leaves that open ended and leads to the very question of who exactly -can- contract the curse?

What about other elves such as the High Elves or Blood Elves as they are a descendant of Night Elves? Or trolls for that matter since they are a predecessor to Night Elves? What about half elf/x or half human/x? Why can’t Kul Tirans as they are just another kind of human? Vrykul? What about other horde races? Personally orcs and draenei kind of doesn’t make sense because they are literally from another world but who knows?

There’s little info on this type of stuff but when it comes down to it, I personally am open for more customization options. Choosing our non-worgen side is 100% cosmetic and non-game breaking in the end.

In a way, you have your answer at least for gnomes:
https://warcraft.wiki.gg/wiki/Salsbury_the_%22Help%22
https://warcraft.wiki.gg/wiki/Hierophant_Malyk

These quests imply that the curse cannot be passed on to gnomes for unknown reasons.

When someone drops a transmorpher beacon and I get https://www.wowhead.com/npc=47626/admiral-ripsnarl the attack howl is pretty fun. And then there are https://www.wowhead.com/npc=44549/bloodfang-scavenger who actually use a wolf howl.
