I’ve been to the story forum twice.
The second time was a thread arguing over who would win, Grom Hellscream or Broxigar.
I left.
Who would win?
Depends on if Broxigar has the Axe of Cenarius or not, and if Grom has his demonblood pick me up.
I’m always turned off from the story forums by the small but vocal minority of lore buffs that like…lose any and all understanding of empathy or morality the moment they’re asked to apply it to hypothetical people.
I can only take so many Arctic “the draenei deserved it because they didn’t tell the orcs the Legion existed” takes before I lose patience.

It’s devolved pretty harshly this expansion. You’d think you were on a RP forum instead of a lore discussion one. Also yeah, try to talk about Draenei and it immediately goes to what you described. It’s pretty insufferable. Also, faction tribalism has gone off the deep end on that forum.

It’s a generation gap thing. When you act like an entitled brat, people will treat you like one, but for some reason, with the younger generation, acting out of control aggressive with people is consider “dope” and “edgy” why else do you think youtubers like Ricegum have so many subscribers and high like-to-dislike ratios despite them being notoriously greedy, self-centered, egotistical, and manipulative?
When a youtuber harasses someone else, it’s not met with a “hey man, knock it off” like it should, instead more often than not, its met with an “OOOOOHHHHH gottem!”
