So I was just automatically logged out after my monthly payment expired (I pay with real money not WoW tokens via Master card). I tried to pay on the website with my card that I normally pay with but it says “some payment methods can’t be used for subscription payments”.
I’m not sure how to add game time now or what the issue is. Any help would be appreciated.
Edit: Update…
I went to a bunch of different pages on this website trying to figure out what went wrong and how I can fix the issue and it logged me out of my account. I logged back in, went to look at my account status and transaction history and it’s saying that it’s active for another month and that my payment went through.
I’m just going to leave this up here in case anyone has the same issue. I’m still not sure what the issue was, but I’ll leave it here anyway in case it re-surfaces.

Was it a pepaid card with a fixed amount or an open-ended regular credit/debit card?
IIRC, fixed amount cards can only buy blocks of time. They can’t be used for ongoing subscriptions.

Not a prepaid one. It was my own bank card and it had more than enough funds in there. So, that wasn’t it. Thank you for the heads up, though.

Your taking into account taxes right.
Here’s a handy link for anyone who might run into a purchase failure.

I’d recommend Call Back service when it’s available (currently only limited to 7am to 10am). Alternatively, there is Live Chat (available 10:00am to 7:30pm). Those times are California time.

Just to clarify, in case anyone else runs into this problem (and into this thread), yes, I considered all other expenses and additional costs when I made the payment. There seems to have been some other glitch or issue at hand. It resolved on its own though so all is well.

Thanks for the update to your post Divinora! I noticed your recent subscription order was successful so that behavior was a bit odd. Glad it worked itself out after relogging
