They should give a AOO like quest to both Horde and Alliance… make it that you need to kill 100 players and you need to keep it on for a full week after you accepted the quest to get your heroic level reward … if you turn off WM, you have lost the quest and your kills and need to accept the quest again to start over . Time resets as well .
