EU players do not have lvl 60 chars on NA realms, so we had to make trials to be able to post here.
An interest in hearing themselves speak, more like it.
the fact that Blizz seems to need to coordinate in a private discord on what and how to discuss things, is proof this is nothing more than a dog and pony show. nothings going to be listened to. what a joke…
I have plenty of forum posts.
And yet it’s somehow my fault Blizzard chooses not to listen?
By all means, explain.
Progress? Maybe?
It’s funny reading some of the posts there. I have seen a couple of council members being uncivil towards other posters in the forums many times in the past. But now that they’re on the council, they’re being very careful and bootlicking hard, LOL.
Hahahaha thats a good one
Blizzard does not post to speak of. They ask us if our forum permissions are set up right. We are instructed to keep all game input discussion to the forums in public.
If you think organizing 100+ people who will be viewed under a microscope of criticism like yours is bad - that is on you.
Mostly there were tons of cat pics and “hi nice to meet you” posts.
If you prefer, they could go back to totally secret everything. You seem to be trying to look for nefarious activity where there is none. Where there is an attempt to actually keep everything about the game open and public.
And who would that be? I don’t know anyone on the Council yet and don’t recognize them. So do you mean me? I most certainly can be snarky and sarcastic. Also quite critical and that has not changed. What I don’t do is insult people, use profanity, scream for firings, etc. I don’t need clicks and don’t need drama. I can accomplish more with logical and constructive feedback even if negative.
Why is that funny? Most people speak and behave differently when they’re drinking with their bros vs. when they’re at work. You dress up, or down, to the setting.
I can be slightly a jerko here at times here in GD.
If I was to get in to the Council, I’d certainly be better behaved too.
No, I don’t mean you.
This is a video game, not reality.
Dont worry it’ll be a failure…they’re already starting to flag each others posts just like we do in this one instead of discussing their differences of opinion
LOL!
Wow, that’s funny.
Sad, yet funny.
Blizzard is aware of this trend, that they’re just flagging things rather than having an actual discourse or any sane attempt at debates?
It isn’t other CC members flagging that post; it’s regular forum folk doing so. I mean maybe other CC members are, but I doubt it. I haven’t seen a single post from a CC member that’s been aggressive and combative that leads me to think they’d report it. I don’t even think there’s enough CC members that exist yet at the moment to generate enough reports to flag that post enough to get it hidden.
Blizzard isn’t going to read or take any suggestions from the community council seriously. They don’t even read these forums lol
That’s pretty damn dumb on Blizzards part to allow the outsiders the ability to flag posts when they are only supposed to be able to view it
Wishful thinking. Sad and pathetic, I know. lol
I’m trying to keep an eye on the GD more than usual, especially ones concerning the CC, to get a better grasp on how to better further future posts of my own. I’m sure many multiple members of the CC are doing the same.
It just started two days ago, give us some time. My expectations are low, but I really truly hope this does make some sort of a difference. We will seeeeeee…
Oh, I’m not going to judge anyone about anything. Honestly, I don’t even plan to read the forum if I’m not part of it. Y’all do your thing and I’m glad Blizz is at least trying something with the community. I hope it does work out and I hope my wishful thinking also is positive. I’m not going to sit here and bash the Council or scream about how it’s not going to work. Patience is a virtue. ![]()
