I’m hopeful that SoD isn’t “ending”, that whenever the fabled “Classic+” officially arrives, that hopefully our existing SoD characters will be able to be “cloned” over to it (even if some abilities are lost in transition).
Regardless, SoD has some pretty cool stuff, and it would be awesome to be able to have those things unlocked on retail. Not just added to retail, but rather unlocked for having acquired them in SoD. The Pally T3.5 set in particular is a new favorite of mine, and I would be heartbroken if it remained locked to SoD – or just as bad, if it was simply some easily-acquired thing in retail without any of the fanfare.
Just my two cents!

Why? They are seperate games.
Why not? Who cares? It’s just cosmetics.

? You can literally unlock your full 3.5 in SoD set without killing a single raid boss. I’m 2 pieces in withoutt having set foot in Scarlet Enclave.
Your logic is “Give me the stuff I want, but also don’t give others the things I have that they can’t get”
Why couldn’t I get all my retail cosmetics in SoD?
Because it sounds stupid.
Retail has transmog. SoD doesn’t. Not a hard concept.

Again, they are seperate games.
But does it hurt anything to add cosmetics from this game mode to a game that has access to cosmetics spanning numerous expansions already?

The last classic timewalking had a bunch of the BWL weapon transmogs as purchasable items. They’ll prolly do that with the rest of the SoD exclusive stuff eventually.
