As long as they’re actual Druids and won’t help the Horde do the exact opposite of what druids do, we’re good.
What about Saberon for Cat Form? We used to have those.

I suppose Arakkoa for Moonkin would be good too? Zandalari already got a similar one that uses the exact same skeleton.
Wolves don’t seem to fit Cat Form because the form has a lot of claw attacks, but as a Travel Form, it makes sense too. Orc Druids could also get some cool lore, stating that they can become wolves due to their connection to these animals back in Draenor.

I hope one of their forms is a thunder lizard now that Owa’nohe is a thing. Maybe that’s their “bear” form.

If they’re going to lump in Dragonmaw with the core Orcs, lean into it with Druids.

Idk, I guess the Gronn fits Guardian while the Genesaur fit the Resto. I keep picturing Gorgrond and how the Genesaur and Gronn fought one another.

True, but in the Orc’s Heritage quest they interact with “the spirit of Thunder Ridge”, an ancient thunder lizard called Owa’nohe. When the Orc player plants a seed in her skeletal remains, she appears before them and says:
The ancient forest will return… in time. My kind will return… in time. By your hands, this has been set in motion. You have our gratitude. Go in peace.
A small grove of tree saplings begins to grow after this. To me, Owa’nohe is a long forgotten Wild God and could be the beginning of a druidic order of Orcs who worship her and are trying to regrow the forest that once grew in Durotar. That’s why I think one of their forms should be a thunder lizard.

Yes. And functionally, so are Orcs now. It would be fitting them them to more fully integrate with a world that, although relatively new to them, is nevertheless theirs.

That’s definitely worth exploring.
One thing that Garrosh used as justification for attacking Night Elves was how they “hoarded resources”. Would be interesting to have Orcs finding another way to build a better home through druidism in Durotar.

I don’t agree with needing completely new racial forms.
Druid racial forms are unique because they represent that races unique connection to druidic magic.
If orcs learned from tauren, it would make sense for their forms to match the tauren, minus horns, so you should be able to use tauren models as a base.
Of course, if new lore was made with orcs creating their own druidic order they would likely have unique forms.
I suppose we could do both. Let’s say, two questlines, one that talks about draenor druids and another about how orc druids are connecting with nature in Azeroth.
I personally think any druid form should be a barber shop option for any race. No need to restrict the narrative to a single one.
Outland is a dead world. Unless they’re putting together a narrative of Orcs rejuvenating the planet wholesale as the main narrative of Orcs from here on out… focus in on Azeroth.
classes/races will likely open up a lot more options after the “all can be warlocks” in 10.1.5, but druids are the exception, and the devs will never open that up. They’d have to implement 120+ new forms and nope, they’re not gonna do it.
Nah, we’ll get druids, either in bits, or in a new expansion.
Likely certain races will get placeholder forms or generic ones but they’re coming along with the rest.

Probably not but it’s an interesting topic to bring up. Folks bring up blood elf druids and gnome druids but I hadn’t seen a whole lot of talk for orc druids or heck… even dwarf druids.
What would a dwarf druid be come to think of it? o_O
