As the title asks. With 20% Dmg Boost to incinerate, will fire and brimstone be viable? I have been playing with it a bit, and it does pretty solid.
Destro is suffering A LOT in M+ compared to Demo now. Destro took a big hit in the AoE department. It could still be ok on 2 cleave targets in Raids but as Necro only and ST spec.

It rly depends on what you define as Viable, depending on how broad or strict it is you can say Its viable now to No spell is viable outside of the best one.
The 20% to Incinerate and the Tier set no longer triggering RoC will help it, but in all due honest, i would expect people to still pick Inferno in M+ over FnB because it just feels better to play across the board.
While Inferno allows you to eventually skip Generators and go straight to casting RoF after RoF, FnB at best will push you in a cycle of Incinerate>Rain of Fire> Incinerate> Rain of Fire.
Then there is how the shards of Inferno is better distributed, where Inferno easily overcap as its all generate at once.

Keep in mind they actually reverted this buff until season 4. I was really excited for it for PvP – I think necro destro might be able to throw some pretty silly incinerate punches with this.
Fire and Brimstone seem to be legit with Necrolords according to Kalamazi

I hope not. Having to give up the mobility of Wild Shape is gonna suck. I’d rather they significantly buff Impending Catastrophe and reduce the cast time on door of shadows to 0.5 sec.
Then we don’t have to be fairy warlocks but we’re not tied to the awful gameplay loop of Marileth where you need to channel Fleshcraft midcombat to upkeep your 120 mastery buff and lack in mobility outside Burning Rush.
I’m not suffering…. They pushed the changes to season 4. I’m still hitting 20-30k on bosses In low keys that usually last under a minute, and I hit 50-60k on big trash pulls with reign of fire as well.
Out of here with your logic and facts, only dramatic statements are allowed!
Serious now, He is not the first person i saw saying they are feelings the nerfs on destro even tought they pushed it to only happen on S4 [even tough its super easy to see that they nerf didn’t happen] maybe its some kind of Placebo effect?
