I won the battle for Wintergrasp, yet for the past hour no one I can see on the server has the buff to gain ownership of Wintergrap.
If you won that game before the queue window locked, that would be why. The buff is wiped when a new game starts. See this thread for more detail on exactly how this stupid system works.
TLDR: The Essence of Wintergrasp buff is not bugged on Oceanic servers but it might as well be. Either way, something needs to be fixed.
