If your pushing high end m+ your going to have to play dracthyr if it’s available for your class. The racials will be op

I’ll be making an Alliance drakthyr mage or hunter.
Unpopular opinion but my drakthyr and worgen doesn’t have a human/elf form.

Nope. The race is easily one of blizzards most useless additions in a long time. The fact it was even released is a huge L for them.
The one thing that I dont like about the drakthyr is the walking animation. Other than that I like them. As for a class hard to say…but losing the breath attacks in my eyes makes them less draconic.

Nah I don’t see myself playing a dracthyr under any circumstance. I’d just roll another blood elf because they still look better than the drac visage. As far as I’m concerned that’s an option for other players but evoker/dracthyr don’t actually exist in my world. 
Which pet will your Dracthyr going to use as their main pet? I’m thinking using one of the Scalehides from the Dragon Isles or the good dragontoad bois/girls.

My wish list for classes includes Shaman (#1 wish), rogue, mage, and hunter. I’ll make one of each of those if they’re part of the list.
Shaman is pretty much my favorite class, but the current alliance race selection doesn’t do it for me. I need either shaman dracthyr or shaman worgen soon.

I love the dragontoad guys too, they are amazing, I do enjoy swapping pets based around mog, sometime running a mechanical pet if we’re doing goggles and some kind of gun, oh maaybe chromaggus given the nostalgia and dragon vibes.

I’m more so waiting for Evoker to appear on a race that I actually like, than I am for more classes to play a Drakthyr with. I hate the dragon form. The visage form is okay, but it just looks like a drag elf with a rash and horns.

I already have 2 Dracthyr and rarely play them, so I don’t need anymore. I was fine with them being only Evoker and already have multiples of each class, so opening them up to more classes doesn’t matter to me. But I’m happy for people who wanted this change. 
The goofy running animation alone makes it a hard no.
I can’t even say what I think of them as it will earn me a forum vacation.
Then there’s the Dracthyr that lives 24/7 on this forum with like ~20k posts that’s just such a bad actor, riling people up for no reason and trolling them that somehow hasn’t been given a permanent forum vacation makes me never want to associate with it.
I wish wholeheartedly we had a toy to de-render them like the Corgi goggles, but just for Dracthyr.

I currently don’t have a Mage on Alliance, so I’m thinking of rolling a Drac’thyr Mage with either blue or purple scales. I like the dragon form and never use Visage. Don’t even have it on my bars. I think the Visage Form is one of the ugliest character models they ever made. Besides, I play Drac’thyr to be a dragon person… why on Azeroth would I then want to run around as a butt-ugly human or elf with a few extra bits thrown on?
Nope. They confirmed in the Creator Summit interview that they don’t have any plans to add more race options to the Visage Form at this time.

That’s why I’ll have something in place to immediately re-enter Visage form when the Tail Swipe animation is done - that is if I do end up changing to a Dracthyr on this Warrior. Although the lack of a Male Human visage really hampers my want to make that Race Change when it becomes available…
