Same OP. The point of the dance isn’t to finish as fast as possible, but to enjoy the dance.
I’ll be seeing how much i can delay finishing quickly. Reqding every piece of text. Helping other players, ect.
Slow and steady. I’m in no rush. New expansion is new things to explore and discover.
Never have, plus I feel like there is no FOMO this time around since, there is basically no borrowed power to keep you playing or you lose out.
I never rush the opening week of a new expansion. I’m planning on playing the entire story anyway and I’m expecting to be 70 by the time that’s done anyway. So I see no reason to optimize xp gains for my first run.
i will be going fast. Not racing but going fast.
as with any ‘recent’ expansion, the goal is to hit level cap and do one mythic +0 world tour by end of first week.
this is the only time you get to "feel’ the M +0. Like a Habanero pepper.

I don’t have any reason to race to max level, so no.
I soaked it all in during Beta. While I won’t necessarily be “racing” I most likely will be among the first players in my guild to hit 70. That and I’m raiding on two different characters this tier and I need to level and gear both of them before raids are live.
The opposite actually. Taking my good old time. I’m going to take in the story lines and explore and just relax.
This applies only for my first run through leveling. Alts will be racing to cap as soon as possible.
The post cap content is much better than anything you encounter while leveling. Get leveling out of the way and then enjoy…

Not gonna race, probably take it slow. Maybe 5 hours to max.
I’m gonna be doing a crafting profession for my first time so I’ll be hitting up.nodes while living.
Will I be racing to max level? Yes. Like a herd of turtles.
I have to be honest. I started playing this game as a 30-Something. That was 16 years ago and now I’m a 50-Something. “Must Go Fast” is a young person’s game. I’m not a young person and more and more I feel like an OLD Clint Eastwood (from say… Unforgiven) in this game rather than some young Jason Statham or Scott Adkins.
I played the beta and used it to see the cutscenes/read quests, so I plan to semi-rush compared to usual. 
I can watch the cinematics that aren’t available in beta on YouTube anyway.
Agreed, but sometimes the amount of quest text just to go get a frog is a bit ridiculous sometimes.
I played a bit of beta and leveling seems to go by fast. So I won’t intentionally rush.
Generally I get my 2 mains to cap ASAP, get them prepped and setup. Once that’s done I do a third play through and take my time and read everything. Probably will be the same here.
It’s more fun to smell the roses when you’re not worrying about being left behind by your friends.
no need to rush, the game will put timegates in your face real quick anyways if its like all other xpack launches.
