I know that isn’t until the prepatch but this felt really early and also a long prepatch until launch…this feel like we may get mop early if tomorrow is a prepatch (which I know it probably not.)
No one will know for sure until tomorrow.
If it was me deciding, it wouldn’t be monk time yet. But Blizzard’s management of Classic often disagrees with the decisions I’d make.

If you want to know when prepatch is coming, look for the announcement that the PvP season is ending.
We are not getting prepatch tomorrow, but they may announce the PvP season ending date.
Yeah prepatch is not coming in tomorrow, as we are getting 30% nerf iirc.
So at least another month or 2.
when were we told this? only thing i see is that people have datamined JJ coming tomorrow along with the 30% DS nerf, not that we were guaranteed to get it.
also monks never had regular talent trees so it’d be kinda hard to just add them before the prepatch
I don’t think so, (though I’m not blizzard). Though I don’t think prepatch is that far out either.
I figure it’s gonna be sooner than 2 months. Prepatch on average go for 3-4 weeks. If it went for 2 months than it would be dropping at the last possible second, which considering that the beta seems to be going well is unlikely.
The preorder said that mop would drop on or before august 31st, this date is basically meaningless as they always give a good bit of leeway incase anything goes wrong. This is so they don’t have to give refunds for missing the date.
I figure the prepatch will likely drop in 3-4 weeks from now. Though I wouldn’t mind something sooner, that is just what I expect to happen.
Beta is still live they arent releasing monk untul after the 2nd raid testing in beta. Look for the announcement for the end of the arena season.
Prepatch will be a week or 2 after that.

None of Scottejaye’s videos suggested prepatch was starting last week. The earliest he’s suggested was the 20th-something of this month in order to give us a full month of prepatch to match with the expansion launching the 21st of next month, which he correctly predicted based on what people believed to be the internal timer on joyous journeys when it was datamined
Prepatch is July 1. It was officially announced.
