What an awful attitude, only losers think this way. Keep trying to get better, if you’re not having fun cause the ladder is deflated or the meta sucks (both are true) then I would agree. Whining cause you’re not being given a prestigious award is really lame though.

Here’s how you increase participation in 2s and 3s. Get rid of the rating requirement for the mount and instead make it be 1000 wins in a season in 2s or 3s. Leave the title reward for gladiators.
Yeah. I wouldn’t expect an MMR bomb at this point, but the ladder has inflated significantly over the last week or two.
The r1 cutoff has climbed by more than 100 points, if I’m not mistaken.
We need +300 mmr inject rn.
this is great at the same time motivating at the end of the season to return all those who made R1 and leave the game.
The ladder seems to have jumped a bit in recent weeks. I wouldn’t expect any more adjustments.
I don’t think I should play 2200 MMR against R1 alts. They should take care of their mains and their R1, not boost or humiliate those who play with LFG.
anyways they need to pour in another +300 mmr right now so that the R1 players log out from their alts and go fight for their R1.

2400 +50 3s is fine
I think the best acceptable compromise would be 50 wins in RSS while at top .5% of your selected spec . It you fall out they stop counting
So even shuffle would make you be glad range equiv of your spec. The only issue is it needs a rating requirement so tanks can’t get it at 1800
Alternatively can award it to r1 shuffle at end of season for each spec barring most tank specs. You shouldn’t get a mount for being 1900 blood dk

Aside from being a terrible idea in general, 1000 wins is a lot. Like, a lot.
I barely have that many wins between both of my evokers, and I queue quite a bit.
Exactly, it is a lot of wins but it’s possible to obtain that over the course of a season. Perhaps others don’t like the suggestion because they get the high ranks in just 100 wins then just sit in their rating until the end? I dunno.
All the more reason to not add it to the shuffle. The shuffle needs a completely different mount, maybe a ground mount. The rewards should be separate to promote playing both brackets.

Guys, you are developing a topic for conversation that should be in a separate topic. Here we are talking about a completely different thing.
I think inflation is being added weekly still. I don’t think they will be adding additional inflation on to of that though.
welcome to the brutish reality of how popular manual matchmaking arena really is
it seems the vast majority of rated pvp players are perfectly happy sitting in long shuffle q times rather than enduring the friction and ordeals of manual matchmaking
rated is actually pretty healthy, they are just in shuffle because it provides a much much much much better game experience for most players compared to regular 2s/3s
they likely need to reduce the gates for the rewards in 2s/3s to stop them from becoming inordinately difficult compared to similar rewards from pve
peeps trying to effectively ‘force’ players back into 2s/3s are out of touch
never let a minority of players dictate the play for the majority, just let the minority have their optional modes that nobody should feel forced or even compelled to play
2s/3s don’t need saving if they emptied out so easily, it just means most players were basically just enduring it but it was burning them out the whole time

I just see them in almost every arena match. Maybe at one point it meant something, it’s just another round now lol.
