I had thought that also, but comparison wise based on the mechanics I thought that would have been more obscured than a single infrequent add.

The movement on Halondrus makes it a horrible fight for all casters, especially Warlocks. Skolex is a little better but still has it’s repositioning and untargettable phase etc.
And I’ just not familiar enough with the Jailer fight in heroic and above to use it as an example.

Thought the reduced movement on Dausegne would have been a better idea of what it was capable of but wasn’t aware of the Kyrian interaction that made it perform so well.
