I hope so I’m so ready to do it all again.
With an assessment like this, you must play world of warcraft
Soooo…Arthas purging Stratholme - ok. Sylvanas burning a tree - bad. Jaina purging Dalaran - forgettable.
So, would she count as a purple or orange seed?
Do you honestly not know the difference between those?
That is concerning.
this one has a lot of divide and i think he was wrong for this. you don’t just go in and kill an entire city on the assumption everyone is sick. he killed people who was completely fine lol
Jaina committed 1st degree m–der in Dalaran by getting rid of the Sunreavers who “resisted” without a judge or jury. Arthas purged Stratholme to preemptively get rid of humans who may have been plagued.
What is “concerning” is that you justify one type of m–der but not the other when it suits you.
-
Arthas did what he did, to try and prevent more undead from over running other human settlements. All of those people were infected anyways - they were going to become the undead. How does this not compute?
-
Yes, Jaina did. And as powerful as she is, she could have done more.
-
Sylvanas just a crazy, donkey farm tool. She’s doing her time.
But my main concern here, is Arthas. The redemption story he could have would be legendary.
And if you want to keep tryna segue into other things, sure have at, idc. You keep tryna marshmallow coat things by not spelling out murder, eh? Let’s get down to why.
arthas did nothing wrong. it was the equivalent to responding to a zombie outbreak. and say what you want but thats exactly how it would be handled today before enough people stopped panicking
It was hilarious. 10/10 would burn another tree.
Just shows up, lights a match and leans towards the tree
Then as she slowly stands back up and starts laughing while putting out the match
“haha, could you im…”
Then just tyrande instantly ripping her to shreds with her bare hands
to be honest if her entire character was now cackling evilly while burning down world trees it would be kind of funny, but too one-note to be sustained funny
Arthas indiscriminately liquidating an entire city - it’s different;
Jaina indiscriminately shooting at people - it’s different;
Sylvanas burning down a tree -
Arthas didn’t need a redemption story. His story was done in Icecrown. He was already far gone for any kind of redemption.
I don’t spell “mu–rder” because Blizzard’s code of conduct is vague and I am not sure if it’s a violation to write that word. This is “why”. Nice try attempting to turn it into a moral issue.
Garrosh did “nothing wrong”. He was just responding to Alliance NATO expansion in Kalimdor.
Your right. It wasn’t funny. It was down right hilarious.
You either have no idea about nuances, or you’re just living up to your characters visage.
I can, will and have been rallying for an Arthas redemption story since they sliced and diced the lore up so bad. I will continue to do so. I give hell to them on the blue posts, and I will not be stopping. And they damned well know this.
What was funny was the implication that Elune allowed it to happen as a favor to her sister.
What nuances? Arthas purged an entire city full of healthy humans because he thought that some of them may have been infected by the grain. As the future king, he could have quarantined the infected and monitored the city to separate the healthy from the infected.
Jaina went on a moral rampage liquidating the Sunreavers from Dalaran because they allowed Garrosh to transport the bell through it, instead of arresting them and putting them on trial.
Nuances or not, those characters were in positions of power and had a responsibility and they failed at that. Arthas chose the easy way out to just liquidate an entire city. Jaina acted on her personal feelings instead of acting like a grown up.
What “moral visage”? Like making excuses for the leaders of my faction when they commit atrocities? Nope. Alliance does that.
Keep politics out of the forums.
anyone else feel like the tree jokes are like negative funnyness at this point? They were funny in BFA but at this point everyone knows the joke. yet people keep making the joke. it’s like a guy who only knows one joke but he does it for years.
